Used about ten times. No discernable wear and tear.
The photos show it without the fly cover, and with the fly cover (the blue and yellow top cover).
1 issue is that the fly cover is tacky, perhaps it needs a new application of water proofing?
All pole rip cord in good shape, I have all parts and owners manual, and a tent specific footprint from Sierra Designs.
I am past the age where I will go back packing again, and want it to go to someone who will use it.

Is the floor also stickytacky? The coatings get tacky as they deteriorate. Sometimes manufacturer will replace under warranty, depending on age.
Answer
No. The main tent has no issues. The sticky bit is the exterior cover that goes over the assembled tent, and over the poles. In my photos, it is the blue and yellow outer shell cover. The tent is out of warranty, so that is not an option. Regards
