Hello, why is there no Gore-tex tag on the tag of the clothes?when was this dress purchased？

I have the gortext tag, that fell off when I opened the package and the plastic bag the shell came in. I purchased this Shell back in November. 111521 to be exact off the Arc’teryx app. If need me so show pics or screenshots for proof, I have all of that. Thanks for your interest!
