What zipper does not work? Can you provide pictures of the item?
Answer
We have posted additional photos on the site for review. The zipper in question was the front pocket, but it was just part of the zipper pull was caught within the zipper teeth, While taking pictures, we were able to free the zipper up and now all zippers work correctly. So this is an excellent briefcase now as everything works.
