Aloha! Are these waterproof due to gore tex fabric? And, are they linedinsulated and what is the measurement across waist when they are laying flat, please? Mahalo!

Thanks for your questions! We were unable to find exact specifics on this pant but there is at least a light to moderate amount of waterproofing. There is also a bit of insulation and the waist measurement we got was 30". We hope these answers help!
