Great Boots with Awesome Rocker, lots of life left!

Bought in 2016 for a section of the PCT.  Hiked 45 miles, plus some other hikes since.  These were a replacement for a smaller size after I broke a toe a week before the trip, so I didn't train in them.  Turned out, I needed an even bigger size-- I'm now hike in EU 42!  So though these look beat up, it's mostly the toe area.  Without a rubber rand, that's where this boot shows the most wear.  The rest of the boot has a LOT of life left.  The soles are Vibram 3D.  You can look up this model on the Zamberlan website; they've been making them for years, and will make them for years to come.  When I got home, as soon as I could afford it, I bought a bigger boot to accomodate my deformed feet and have never looked back.

These have their original insoles, which have never been used.  I always hiked in Superfeet insoles.  They have a full leather upper, and a wicking lining, and a goretex liner between those.  Great grip on wet and dry surfaces.

The best thing about this model is the rocker, which makes you feel like you can go miles.  You can!  Great for people with Morton's or other big toe issues.  

Yes, they are heavier than trail runners, but way more supportive.  Go for it, and you won't be disapointed.
