Product Information

I've had these bindings since Jan 2014 and the snowboard since winter 2017 (both were bought new).

This rockered board has a directional shape for fluid forward riding, and a soft flex that keeps it nice and maneuverable at low speeds. A 100% wood core gives you a ton of spring and liveliness when you're confident enough to hit those lift tower side hits, but also keeps you centered on the snow when you need it. It is in great condition, with just a little rusting around the edges (mainly on the side with the rose). The board rides really smoothly because it has an 80/20 rocker/camber blend that helps with turn initiation. I put some crab grabs on to act as a stomp pad, but you can take them off or switch them if you want! This board's flex profile is stiff under the back foot for control and stability at high speeds. A softer flex under the front foot ensures easier turns and maneuverability.

I like Rossignol because all their boards are built using sustainably harvested wood for the core, from responsibly managed forests. This board has glass fiber for lamination and ABS sidewalls to protect the wood. If you're wondering about switching out the bindings, we can talk about just selling the board—it has a 2x4 insert pattern and I'm sure you would be able to find other bindings.

The only damage to the bindings is some scratches, fading, and discoloration, as well as a few small rips on the left one. These are adjustible—you can just change where the screws are. I've switched out my board, but NEVER these bindings (they are amazing)! Just listen to the description from Union: "Milan is a great, powerful city, chalked full of rich history. Similar to the city the Union Women's Milan Snowboard Bindings are great, powerful and chalked full of rich technology. Female specific technology is on the rise and thank goodness because the Milan comes full of it, with an All-New Female Specific Toe Cup design and a durable Milan Base that holds true with the Union Lifetime warranty. If you seek comfort all day long then kick back, spin, jib, and ollie like crazy with a binding that can back you up like no other."

You can change the forward lean easily with the back tab! The first multi-layered strap evenly distributes pressure in a symmetrical package, and the top strap catches the toe nicely with an adjustible push-pin. The buckles are alumunim, tightening and loosening with ease. The strongest and most versatile aluminum heelcup on the market, extruded aluminum comes out 100% pure and maintains its true shape no matter how much wear and tear you inflict. These bindings are compatible with any traditional 4x4 mounting system and 3-hole board patterns. Channel Compatible Discs are available separately from Union to fit Burton snowboards with The Channel.
