Sizing - This jacket is a European size XL. I usually wear a size large in U.S. sizes and this jacket fits me fine. It is a little long which is nice when layering or bending/reaching.

Hi, 25 38". I laid the jacket flat on a table and measured from side seam to side seam where the underarm seam of the sleeve meets the side seam. The tag on the jacket describes the color as "Blue ShadowBlue Moon". Thank-you for your interest.

The description of the fabric inside the Windstopper tag states that it is "snow, water resistant" and "Water resistant: sheds rain, snow, and dries quickly". I tried to edit the ad with a picture of the inside of the tag but it didn't update. Thank-you for your interest.
