Malone Hanger HM3 - Hitch Mount 3 Bike Carrier (1.25" & 2")

Missing 1 Hitch pin (which appears to be a 'backup' as 2-of-2 necessary to assemble are included. Allen key is missing. Item is in Good condition showing only very light evidence of use. Some metal parts show scratching and wear associated with assembly. All ratchet straps are in new condition. Keys are included. Instructions are included. Cam straps have never been used. The original box is still in good condtion and the items are well protected.
