Thanks for your question! I checked on these pants and can confirm that their size is a US Medium. Also, we as the seller Geartrade have a no questions asked return policy where we will currently accept returns up to 14 days after the purchase of new gear and 10 days after the purchase of used gear that we list. The returned item must have the same condition that it shipped out in as well (keep those tags on and whatnot). You can ship a return back on your own or we can email you a $6.00 UPS return label.
