I usually trust Scarpa and know their sizing quite well, as I have several pairs of climbing shoes, a pair of hiking shoes, and a pair of mountaineering boots by the manufacturer. However, these did not feel great. Tried to break them in with a handful of runs (probably 10), but did not love the fit. I am usually a street shoe size 11.5, and go to the Euro size 45.5 for Scarpa. For these, probably should have gone to 46. Keep in mind that these shoes have a narrow toe box, and that some brands, like Nike, run their sizes larger for running shoes, while these are true to size.
They still have that new shoe smell and are in very good condition.
