Hi Jake — this is Adam again. I hate having to contact you on this public board, but I have no idea how else to message you; this platform is aggravating in that respect.
Anyway, this is in regard to order #460206-1 . My UPS package arrived about an hour ago, and you sent the wrong vest. You sent the one pictured above on this page.
That is not the one that I purchased; I bought the one that’s basically red & brown, or “firebrick & carob” as OR calls it.
I only commented on this page because GearTrade gives me no way to contact you, and I can’t comment on the page for the item I purchased because it’s no longer a live page.
However, I only want the other version, not the one I received. If you still have it, I’d love to send this one back and get the correct one. Otherwise I guess I’ll just have to process a refund.
Is there some other way we can correspond without having to post our personal contact info on this public forum? I’ll message GearTrade through their contact system as well.
