What is the material of this jacket? And how large does it run? Would a small fit a medium person I am 5'4 150 lb with fairly short arms 5 ft wingspan in total. Mediums are usually a little long in the arms but just fit my belly which I'm losing we're a small is better on my arms but a little tight in the chest and waist. Is this jacket fleece and is it thick or thin is it warm like a good fleece jacket

There is also a size chart on their website - I'll see if I can add it to the listing too. The pullover is 100% polyester, soft on the outside. It is more of a heavy sweatshirt than a jacket. It is a bit oversize. Hope this helps!
