Jandd Messenger Bag Shoulder Strap Pad 

This new pad was designed with feedback from messengers. The new Maximum Pad is 1" Thick by 2" wide by 10" long. It fits webbing from 1.5 to 2 inches wide. It is also reversible. On side is super comfy Drylex®, while the other side is ToughGrip® to keep the pad in place. You choose by simply reversing the pad. The color is all black.
