USAF ABU pattern gore Tex outshell. Unused. Sat in my basement and never worn. Hood in collar. 2 layer GT with pit zips. I have used these for mountains(Mt Washington in winter. ). Lots of room for insulated gear under. Nice pocket. Cinch cords at waist.
