Excellent condition, very soft and warm quarter-zip fleece. I love this fleece, but sadly do not get the opportunity to wear it. Zip napoleon/breast pocket is the perfect size for chapstick, keys, credit card, etc. Great quality, too. Has shown no pilling despite its many washes. Single owner, pet-free, smoke free. Color is more of a maroon color. I'm 5' 8" and 150 lbs, and the fit is perfect.
