This is a used tent but not abused. All zippers function properly, aircraft grade alum. poles(3) are in good shape, no bends,etc, fully shock cordered. No tears rips or holes in tent fabric or mosq. netting.Im sure the floor may have some small holes fron stickers, grasses or rock but has never been a problem nothing major nor visible. Tent comes with footprint. Can be set up with poles/fly only or fly/poles/ footprint only.
Being of North Face quality, should give many more years of service. Its been a joy to own and use, have many memories camping in this tent.

How easy is this to set up? And would you be willing to take $100 for it?

It is really easy to set up as the poles are smooth(no joints) so they slide thru sleeves easily. Just follow seams to be sure you stay in the sleeve. I got to where I could set it up in the dark as I talked with a friend. It is pretty much free standing. YES I would take $100. If purchased today before 3:30 central time I can get it shipped. Ready to buy but does it come with rain fly

As shown in pictures: it has a rain fly, tent body, poles and footprint. no stakes, I own8 tent stakes most I found on the trailcampsites that I use on 3 tents. I don't use fancy stakes. You can set the tent up with only 4 stakes 2 front of fly, 2 at rear of tent. but really is nicer with 6-8 stakes.
