I originally bought this bag as my winter bag for a long-distance backpacking trip. I took it on a 3-day test-drive in the dead of winter (in Texas, but it was still below 20), and it suited me just fine. It's very warm and VERY roomy (I'm 5' 10" and on the stockier end). However, I ended up going with a lighter Western Mountaineering bag to cut my pack weight down. Now that I'm back, I'm sifting through my gear closet and cutting some fat, and have decided to sell the Marmot bags. It's only been used 3 times -- a steal at this price! Comes with a Marmot lofting bag. NO stuff/compression sack included.
Big draft collar will keep you snug as a bug.
