Buying an Item
Nice and easy.
- Set up an account. It’s free and lets you buy or sell on the site. You’ll receive a verification email—if you don’t see it, check your spam folder (and mark it "not spam" so you’ll get future emails from us). If it's not there, please send us an email and we’ll fix it.
- Click to buy. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (We’ll then pay the seller.)
- Enter your info. We hold the item for 20 minutes so no one else can purchase it while you’re in the process. But … you only have those 20 minutes before it’s back on the market, so stay on it!
- Process and submit. You’ll verify that the info you entered is correct, then voila!
- Watch for your confirmation and tracking. We’ll send you an order confirmation email. Then, within five business days, you’ll get an email with the tracking number, which means the seller has dropped it in the mail. (We don’t charge you until they’ve shipped it.)
- Your gear arrives. Give it a look-over to make sure it matches the item description. It should. (But we have a Buyer Protection Policy in place just in case.)
- Rate and review. Leave feedback and rate the seller—this keeps the whole community responsible, helps sellers build a good rep, and helps buyers make informed purchases. Questions? See: Rating the Seller.
