RARE CARIBOU MOUNTAINEERING TENT

Gear Description
I'm selling this unique, rare 4-person under 6 lbs. tent with rain-fly. I bought it in 1975 when I was in High School. I paid nearly $400 back then and used it a few times in snow and high winds. It worked great but I got busy and the tent has been in the garage ever since.
It has 2 doors (regular zip and snow hole) mosquito netting and zippers work fine: no tears or rips. The laminent flooring is peeling or flaking. The rainfly has a velcro closure for the doorway to save weight. It sets up in a minute: stake down the 4 corners and put the 6' 2" pole up -- that's it. It measures 7' by 7' and sleeps 4 adults easy. Without stakes (not included) it weights just under 6 lbs. Large volume tent for weather, snow or wind, or without the rainfly in good weather. Includes all tiedowns to expand the tent sidewalls or add stability in wind. Great tent for people who want a classic, old school yet dependable gear with lots of room and comparatively, low weight. Hope someone can put it to years of use. Ask any questions and email with any interest in Patagonia, NorthFace, Golite jackets I'm about to post. I'm clearing my shelves of seldom used, classic gear at good prices.
