Included in the box are 2 skins, but the metal tail clips are missing. Also missing is a carry bag, and a skin cutter. The skins are pre-cut to length, but you will still need to trim the sides to match the sidecut of your ski. Its not a very hard process, if you have ever opened a letter with a letter opener, you can cut a skin.
