Question: I am asking the same question. Is the arm easily repairable?
Answer: I have taken a look at this chair and the arms have snapped off at the plastic joint. They are still with the chair and I believe that it is repairable. It may take some glue and some tape, or if you are good enough, I think that you could possibly melt the plastic back together. When I set it up and put the arms in place it was still very comfortable and moved around a little bit, it could be dealt with, but I think a fix would be so minor it does not even matter.
