Product Condition: This Specialty Railing Carrier is in excellent condition. The top ends of each bar have some small scratches and dings. The rest of the bars and feet show little, if any, signs of use. My guess is the customer purchased this, put on a rack, then for some reason didn't want to keep it. Maybe it wasn't the correct size or maybe the racks didn't work?

some of the larger items we list don't correctly calculate the shipping costs, they all just list as $149 flat rate. We are working wth GearTrade.com to get this fixed right now. In the meantime though, contact gearheads@geartrade.com and they should be able to help you out with shipping issues. Yes, we do ship from Utah. In general, we cannot offer pick up because of the way GearTrade works. We have to ship with a tracking number to get paid for the items we sell, but it will probably be worth your time to also ask gearheads@geartrade.com about this and see if they can help you out with this from their end.
