Product Condition: The Passage 2 Bike Strap Rack w/ Cradles is in Excellent condition. This rack is brand new and has never been used. It has a damaged box. The main problem is that it is missing the 2 wing adjustment knobs that are used to tighten down the joint at the desired angle to fit your car. These 2 knobs could easily be replaced with a different bolt of the same size, or you could get replacement knobs.
