We used this and loved the trail. Book is 237 pages of detail complete with a two topo maps - the Long Trail and Mount Mansfield. The book is 100% but to be honest there is a coffee stain on the first couple of pages and a couple of turned down corners of pages. A couple of marks or phone #s but overall book is good and maps are fine.
